The forum here is our open public forum where everyone is welcome. Feel free to use this area to chat with our existing customers about any topic you see fit. If your looking for help with scripting, setting up your website, opinions on software or if you just fancy a general chat with our community then you are more than welcome to join in.
Live support is available via our Live Support icon in the right hand side menu of this site. The icon will show as Online if we are at our desks and available to chat. This icon will change to offline when we are all busy. Either working on the servers or answering support tickets. Clicking the icon while in the offline state will allow you to submit a ticket and join the support ticket queue.
