I moved to Ariotek because a friend kept nagging me to move! He had used Ariotek for some time and thought it was great. I was having constant problems with my previous hosting service: there was no way of contacting them other than by email, the server kept failing and my website, yours2share, was down several times for six hours or more, and I was paying £130 a year. But I was worried that the move would take me several days and might mean parts of my website weren’t working properly for days on end. The final straw was when my site was down for three days: I had to do something. I can’t believe I waited so long. I gave Colin the login details for my old host and he moved it all over for me, setting up the databases, leaving me with a few simple things to set up. yours2share’s a reasonably complicated website, so I expected lots of issues. There were a few but they were sorted very quickly and via a few phone calls (oh what bliss). Most of the work was done in a morning and everything was sorted by the evening. Since then there have been a couple of minor problems and we’ve sorted them within minutes. So I’m paying £60 a year less for an infinitely better service.

And the quality of support is so down to earth that it feels like talking to a collegue rather than a supplier.
