How do I transfer my domains to ARIOTEK?

Transferring domains is easy.

If your domain is a .uk TLD ie .co.uk .org.uk .net.uk etc

Log into your account on the site you originally purchased the domain from. Look for an option in your account to change the domains IPSTAG, if you find it change the tag in there to ARIOTEK. Some registrars don't have this option available so you may need to submit a support ticket with them. Once you have changed the tag go to ARIOTEK and create a new account there. If you already have an account there and wish the new incoming domain to be added to it then submit a support request to ARIOTEK ( Support@ariotek.co.uk) letting us know which account you want it transferred to. Once we recieve notification that your domain has transferred in we will add it straight to your domain account. This type of transfer can is completed almost instantly. No DNS updates happen unless you edit the nameservers of the domain to point to a new hosting account so everything else will work fine as it is. No other changes are needed.

If your domain is a .com .net .org and other TLD.

Log into your account on the site you originally purchased the domain from. Look for a way to find out what the EPP code or Secret key is for your domain. Some registrars don't have this option so you would need to raise a support ticket to get it. Once you find this EPP code go to ARIOTEK and log in to your domains account, again if you don't have one then create one. Select the Transfer domain tab and add the domain you want to transfer in to the list, click add to cart. You will then be presented with a screen to enter your EPP code or secret key, enter your EPP there and the transfer will begin. The company that you are originally registered will recieve an email saying that you wish to transfer your domain out. They will need to unlock the domain at there end and click a link to allow it to be transfered out. A good company ( ARIOTEK ) would do this as soon as the email arrived, however a poor company can take up to 7 days to unlock a domain. Once a domain is unlocked it will transfer to your account autmatically. Again no DNS updates will happen unless you change the nameservers so everything else will remain as it was and work just fine.
